Original Game Development

Independent game development studio
NeuroPlay Games Studio designs and develops original games for mobile, desktop and web. We work end to end — concept, design, art, engineering, release and live operations — and we measure success by the minutes players choose to spend with what we make.
A small team that ships complete games.
NeuroPlay Games Studio is an independent developer working across mobile and cross-platform titles. We keep the team deliberately compact so that designers, artists and engineers sit close to the same build — the shortest possible distance between an idea and something playable.
Our work covers the full production cycle. That means we are responsible for the first prototype and for the update shipping two years after launch, and we plan accordingly: readable code, scalable art pipelines, and systems that can absorb new content without a rewrite.
We care about craft in the places players actually feel it — responsiveness, clarity, pacing, and respect for their time. We build games we would want to play ourselves, and we hold everything we ship to that standard.
Everything a game needs, under one roof.
We take our own concepts from prototype to launch — designing the loop, building the systems, and shipping to mobile and desktop storefronts.
Rapid playable prototypes that answer the only question that matters early on: is this fun? We iterate on the core loop before a line of production code is written.
Coherent visual identity, character and environment art, UI systems, and the performance budgets that keep it all running smoothly on modest hardware.
Gameplay programming, backend services, save systems, and internal tools that let designers tune the game without waiting on a build.
Post-launch content cadence, seasonal events, balance passes, and analytics-informed updates that keep a community engaged over years, not weeks.
Device coverage, regression passes, store compliance checks, and accessibility review before anything reaches a player's hands.
The kinds of games we build.
Our catalogue spans several genres, but the through line is the same: a core loop that holds up on its own before a single feature is layered on top of it.
A relaxed, session-friendly puzzle line designed for short play windows with steadily deepening mechanics.
High-feedback arcade experiences built around tight controls, readable visuals, and one-more-run pacing.
Management and sandbox projects where interlocking systems reward experimentation and long-term planning.
Character-led games that pair handcrafted writing with mechanics built to carry the story rather than interrupt it.
How a game gets made here.
We define the audience, the fantasy, and the constraints — platform, scope, and budget — before committing to a direction.
A playable slice within weeks. We validate the core loop with real hands on the controls and cut what does not earn its place.
Vertical slice to content complete, in reviewable milestones with builds you can play at the end of every sprint.
Store submission, release, and the ongoing content, balance, and stability work that follows a game through its lifetime.
Whether you are bringing a concept, a partially built game, or a title that needs a long-term live operations partner, we are happy to talk it through. Tell us about the idea, the platform, and where the project stands today.
